Asus x75vd ty165h is a very good looking, powerfull notebook!

When you first buy this product it will already have Windows 8 64bit Ultimate installed, all drivers and a few extra programs, but if you are a beginner in using Windows i strongly recommend to change your operating system cause you might get several errors. I recommend you use Windows 7 32bits & 64bits! Note that Windows XP is no longer supported on this notebook configuration.

You will have the same performance or even better if you use Windows 7 because for the momment Windows 8 is very unstable! The Instant ON function is not such a big deal, all that is doing is to put your notebook in a forever sleep mode and that `s why you might think Windows 8 is very fast when you startup your operating system. You can use your laptop whitout this function and get good performance at startup, let`s say is a fancy thing for newbie users.

Asus x75vd ty165h is very stable as configuration, the only week point is his hardisk, perhaps too big in my opinion and if you succed in filling it with your stuff might affect your startup time and performance. Very good performance in gaming and in playing video - audio HD quality.

Asus is offering full drivers support and you can get them for free HERE. For best performance don`t forget to install also the latest DirectX updates and Java! Nvidia is offering also support for the video board on the official page.

>NOTE* - All drivers provided by Asus are 64 bits but you can use them even if you installed 32 bits version without having any problems!

The price of this product is a little too high but i recommend it if you want performance and speed in completing your tasks and in playing your favourite games, even Call of Duty!
