Make sure IIS 6 installed on ur win server.
Donwload php5 for window from http://php.net/ in donwload section PHP 5.2.9-1 zip package [10,272Kb] - 10 March 2009
Unzip this folder & place in C:\php5 After that copy these two dll files
1) php5ts.dll
2) php_mysql.dll
in C:\WINDOWS\system32
After that copy php.ini-recommended from C:\php5 & paste in C:\WINDOWS with name php.ini (make sure u change this file as per urs requirment)
After that in open IIS or run run command :- inetmgr
